Bus stop at about 7 min walking distance. The corner house has a garden and space for bicycle storage. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, bath and separate shower, 2x toilet, central heating and a very sweet tiger-striped cat named 'Loco' that is taken care of together. Room has spacious walk-in closet with shelves, wooden floor, central heating, skylight and side window. For the rest, no additional furniture. The rent is 325 euros and +/- 50 euros gas/water/electricity (depending on the season). This will be with the actual meter readings, so demonstrable and fair system that you yourself can influence with your electricity/heating behavior. The landlord (HBO engineer, man, 52 years old) is often abroad for a longer period of time. The house is designed in such a way that the tenants take the door at the front and the owner the side entrance. A total of 3 rooms for rent (the two other rooms also have students; 1 man and 1 woman), I can honestly say that people consider me a correct & nice landlord who keeps his agreements, but also expects that mutually. I am looking for a student/young worker who has a calm character and a cheerful approach. If your room is always a 'mess' now, then I know from experience from previous tenants that there will be problems with the joint cleaning tasks. It is my own house that the other tenants and I are happy with and I would like to keep it that way (in good condition). The room will be available from April 21, 2025. It is therefore not a 'party house' for the daily wild student life, if that is your wish then please look for a different type of housing, but of course do not forget to enjoy the beauty that the (nightlife) life in Zwolle has to offer.
