TranslateAs of April 1, 2025, I am looking for a new roommate! The apartment is located on the west side, about 5 minutes by bike from the center / station Zaandam. Within 3 minutes you are on the A10 ;). It was completed as a new building in September 2018. The apartment is very light with many windows and a view of Zaan houses and the Verkadefabriek Because my current roommate is leaving, a spacious room of approximately 15 m2 will become available. I am looking for a quiet tenant between 26-32 years old, working. Bonus points if you like games because there are many game nights taking place at the dining table :) Working from home is only possible in your own room! Rent is 900 euros including gas. water, electricity and wifi. The apartment is already fully furnished and basically you only have to furnish your bedroom. You can take over the current furniture for a small fee (everything is not older than 6 months). Because I value the contact with all the other people in the apartment complex, it is not possible to often play loud music in the evening/night or to throw a lot of parties, keep this in mind if you like this.
