TranslateFIXED ROOM (HOSPI 24 MARCH) (rent entrance in consultation) Hi room seeker! We have a permanent room because one of our roommates is leaving us. The room is spacious and has a staircase to an attic where a bed can stand. We are 'The Factory. An active double mixed student house located on the grebbedijk. In this house we live with 5 bon vivants from different associations, studies, ages, etc. Once every 2 weeks we have a house evening and every evening we eat and chill together. With the blue room, the rhine and the grebbeberg within walking distance, we live in a beautiful area. In the summer months we can be found on our beach on the Rhine, we go on holiday at home and we have bbqs on the dike. In the winter months, the beamer is turned on, one of our many house games is put on the table, we make a campfire or we get out our speaker and laser show. We throw a nice house party twice a year, go on a house weekend, occasionally do a theme week and have various activities during the year where we chill out or work ourselves to the death of typhus.
