You enter through the front door on the side of the house into a spacious hall with the stairs to the first floor on the left and in front of you the door to the spacious L-shaped living room with patio doors to the covered terrace, an open kitchen and the door to the bedroom with bathroom suite.
The living room overlooks the canal and therefore offers a beautiful view.
The many windows make the living room wonderfully light. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
The bathroom en suite on this floor has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
