You enter through the front door on the side of the house into a spacious hall with the stairs to the first floor on the left and in front of you the door to the spacious L-shaped living room with patio doors to the covered terrace, an open kitchen and the door to the bedroom with bathroom suite.
The living room is wonderfully light due to the many windows. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
The bathroom en suite on this floor has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
On the right side in the hall you will find the door to the toilet and the meter cupboard. A cupboard space has been created under the stairs.
Via the staircase in the hall you reach the first floor, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a second bathroom and a storage room with central heating system and a washing machine on a long landing. In the bathroom on this floor you will find a toilet, bath and sink.
