The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Venlo and the Trefcenter (with several supermarkets and other shops). The house has a small garden. The distance to the center is 1.5 km. The nearest supermarket is 200m away. The station is easy to reach with a bike ride of about 8 minutes. The Fontys is 4.5 km away from the house. Maastricht University is 2km away. The room we rent out is on the first floor. It is adjacent to the bathroom and is located on the street side, from the room you look out onto the road. The room has a large window with shutter. The room is 11 m2 in size. The rent of this room will be €445 per month (incl. service costs + GWL)Together we share a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and two toilets. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven. There is also a washing machine, television and spacious bicycle storage. Also important: the whole house is equipped with WIFI. We are currently living in the house with four girls between 18 and 25 years old. A combination of students and girls who are already working.
