Beautiful room for rent in the center of Utrecht.Are you looking for a nice living space in the middle of the bustling heart of Utrecht? We offer a nice room for rent in the center. You share the kitchen, shower and toilet with two other roommates. There is internet available, which you use together with your housemates. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Because this house is located in the heart of the center, parking in front of the door is not possible. Loading and unloading in the morning is of course allowed. Furthermore, everything is within walking distance, such as public transport (bus and station), shops and supermarkets. Everything within reach! We are looking for a quiet, working tenant who lives in our house with care and treats both housemates and local residents with respect. It is important that the rent is paid on time and without problems. Everyone in the house has their own life and there is little joint contact or obligations. The only joint responsibility is the cleaning schedule, because we like to maintain a neat and clean home. We prefer to look for someone who wants to stay for at least a year or more.
