TranslateI am looking for a new roommate, to share this spacious and bright house in Zuilen with me. The room itself is 10m2, the rent is €695 included (but excluding municipal taxes). You share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, second toilet and roof terrace with me (woman, 27). The roof terrace has sun all day, so that will be really enjoyable for the next few months! The house has three floors, with a coat rack and toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom and the two bedrooms on the first floor and on the third floor you will find the living room, kitchen, a small laundry room and the roof terrace. It is close to the Julianapark and nice catering establishments, such as the Nar and the Nijverheid. I am looking for a roommate who, like me, also works and has a bit of a life of his own in Utrecht. I like to eat and drink together every now and then, but there are no obligations. It is nice if we do not live apart from each other and are a little aware of what is going on in each other's lives, but that we also give each other the space to be alone when we need it. I myself regularly go out to see friends or play sports. I run, go to the gym and boulder every now and then (the bouldering gym is around the corner, so that's ideal!). I love good food, whether it's in a good restaurant or at home. Preferably with matching wine, of course ;). I like to cook - always vegetarian, so it's nice if a roommate also eats vegetarian (or wants to eat, if we cook together). I also read a lot, I like to go to the cinema or I am outside. I don't really have a strict 9-to-5 rhythm, because I work as a freelance journalist and historian. I love the freedom. Have you become a bit enthusiastic about the description?
