TranslateOur apartment will be available for sublet temporarily(!) for 2 months. This sublet is possible for a couple or someone alone, as there is 1 bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is near the center of Utrecht and has a garden. There is also a study for easy work. For this property you need a basic registration of persons (BRP), because we have to declare the subletting at the housing association (BOEX). It is a wonderful place and we hope that our subtenants can also enjoy staying there. The price is equal to our fixed costs, we are not allowed to make a profit on the subletting, namely :)No parties are allowed and we will leave the house nice and clean in the expectation that you will do the same before our return!
