HOSPI 2 APRIL/ check if you meet the requirements of landlord Woonin below.Hello potential roommate! We are looking for a new tenant for our house on the beautiful Westplein. The room is approx. 23 m2 with its own sink and French balcony (facing south!). You share the (living) kitchen, shower and two toilets with 4 other roommates and there is also a roof terrace/balcony that we share with the neighbors. We are a house with two men and two women between the ages of 27 - 32. All four of us are quite busy with work/studying/sports/friends/our own lives, but we like to have a chat in between and know what's going on in each other's lives. Eating together, drinking coffee, playing a game or (especially in the summer) doing something spontaneous: fun is always welcome, but zero obligations. All four of us eat vegetarian/vegan, so that is preferred. We are looking for a roommate (m/f/x) between 25-29 years old. (Requirements of Woonin: Max 29 years and taxable income under €27,225). Once you're in the room, you can stay as long as you want, even if your income changes. Send a piece about yourself, for example about what kind of work or study you do, what you like, what you hate, and why you would like to move (here). We are also curious about what you are looking for in a house. Feel free to attach a photo or a link to your socials. Of course this is not mandatory The hospiteeravond is WEDNESDAY 2 APRIL. If you can't make it on that date, there's no point in responding. We will send a possible invitation and further information about the landlady no later than this Sunday 30 March.
