Our roommate is moving and that is why we (V24 and X24) are looking for a new resident. It is a room in a cozy apartment located between the greenery on the border between Tuindorp and the quiet Voordorp. The house is less than a 2-minute walk from bus 4 (with an excellent connection to and from Utrecht Central), 5 minutes walk from the shopping center, 10 minutes by bike to the city center and 15-20 minutes by bike to the Uithof. There are also several nice cafes, allotments and the one and only Roberto Gelato within walking/cycling distance. We share a foyer, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom (with bath) and storage cupboards. The bathroom will be renovated in June, and the kitchen will follow. Moreover, we also have a sunny balcony at the back of the house with a beautiful view over the 75+ year old allotments. We are looking for a cozy new roommate (F/X, min. 22+) who has been studying for a while (or is almost finished) and is looking for a room for about a year. Because there are only three of us, it is very important that everyone contributes to the household. We would like to keep the house tidy and we expect the cleaning tasks to be done when you come to live with us. Furthermore, we are a quiet house, without house evenings or regular parties as you might find in a larger student house. We really appreciate our peace and quiet in the house (and also have to take our neighbors into account) and like to go our own way with our own hobbies etc. Every now and then we have a chat in the kitchen or we go to the supermarket or get an ice cream together. We are looking for someone who also feels comfortable with this. :) Send us something nice about yourself, e.g. what you like to do, your biggest pet peeve, or your biggest passion :P The available room is about 7m², with a nice cove and a beautiful view over the greenery. With a doubter, 3 ? 4 cabinets and a desk you can still do yoga/pilates/a dance/etc. If this is not enough for you, there is also the possibility to place an extra closet in the living room/hallway, and we also have basement storage available for larger items. The hospiteren will take place physically on 16 and 17 April. Online hospiteren is possible in consultation.
