TranslateHi! We rent out a room for about 2 years. The room has yet to be created. At the moment the room is 1 large room, we are making 2 small rooms. The room will be available for rent around the beginning of April. Exact date cannot yet be said due to construction work. It concerns the room at the bottom right of the map. We are 3 (Brent, Jonas and Nick) students originally from Barendrecht. All 3 of us study at De Hoge School Rotterdam. We are not a member of a student association. We like to have a beer together and look for fun. The room has a window that can be opened, and is adjacent to the living room. The room is 8m2 in total. The room is not furnished, and is located on the 1st floor of the house. On the 1st floor is the common room, where there is a dining table and a sofa + TV. The kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities (with dishwasher) and connects to a small balcony. You will also find a toilet on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There are also 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Downstairs we have a basement box. We are looking for a nice guy, who is at the beginning of his studies, and is between 19 and 22 years old.
