TranslateHey!!! From April we are looking for a new roommate for subletting! We are a house of 6 graduating/working (and mostly job-seeking) friends, in our late twenties. Some of us are surf and boulder fanatics, darts and poules nerds and we have some architect enthusiasts. If it suits us we like to eat and cook together, we also chill on the couch and watch a movie, play games, have a reading night or if we really feel like it we go partying somewhere. The house is ideally located in Delfshaven, Rotterdam West (best place to be!), on the ever-going Schiedamseweg; between Delfshaven metro station and the market on the Visserplein! Close by is both the Dirk and the Jumbo and you can easily reach the Nieuwe Binnenweg, or anywhere in Roffa actually. The room in question is about 15m2 and costs +-720 euros and is probably available for 4 months (exact end dates etc in consultation). You can't register here, legally it's all a bit complicated. We have 2 showers and 2 toilets, a washing machine and a shared living room with kitchen. And also a small balcony to read, fry or smoke together in the sun.
