In our monumental building, a double room will be available for 1 person: one room of 2.5 x 3.0 m is at the front, the other at the back 13 m2, together 20 m2. The rooms have been renovated and attractively painted (in the original colors of 1900 that were once there). There are special mirrors and a carpet, but otherwise with modern lighting and some furniture from Ikea. The room has its own sink, an intercom, internet and TV connection. You have 4 fellow residents who are studying or have just started working. The communal kitchen is very comfortable and is located on a very spacious balcony that is furnished as a living terrace with two sitting areas and an electric outdoor BBQ, outdoor twilight lamps, a herb box and birch tree. The toilet and shower/WC have been recently renovated. Washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven are also shared. We keep the house very clean with a tight cleaning schedule. We mainly go our own way, but when we see each other in the kitchen we often have a chat, drink tea together or sometimes eat together. So we are looking for a spontaneous and sociable person, who also leads her own life. The front room in Veronese green is on the 1st floor on the sunny side, the back room in deep blue is on the cooler 2nd floor, with a view of the garden. In consultation, the room was delivered partially unfurnished. The rooms have antique chandeliers and old boudoir wall mirrors, against which a modern interior is particularly impressive. The ceiling spots are independently dimmable for an atmosphere of your own choice. Preference is given to a female housemate (22-24 years old) who is already a bit further along with her studies or who is working. Someone too, who feels at home in the historical style (because you can't paint over!). So are you calm, neat, do you have no pets, do you not smoke and do you see yourself living with us?
