TranslateI am looking for a subtenant for my room in our cozy apartment in Nijmegen. The location is ideal: within 10 minutes by bike you can reach the station, the city center and the campus of the HAN/RU. The 7 m2 room will be available from May 1 to June 7, 2025. Living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom are all shared with three other students. Internationals are welcome. Our preference is for a female roommate (21+, student) who is independent, social, neat and responsible. You will live with three other girls of different nationalities, all of whom are in a later phase of their studies. Further information about the room and the apartment:The room is small but very bright. It is furnished with a bed, mattress, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. From the room you can step directly onto the shared balcony. The other door opens into the living room. This has a large comfortable corner sofa, dining table with four chairs, shared wardrobes and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: sink, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer and shared crockery. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the third floor. The monthly rent is €347.25 (so for these 5 weeks a total of €434) and there will be a deposit of the rental amount. Are you interested?
