The studio at the rear (7 m2) has a fixed loft bed with space for a sofa and TV underneath. The kitchen unit has a length of 120 cm, with a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, sink, extractor hood and a tiled back wall. There is a TV and internet connection. The kitchen and floors have just been replaced, hence the mess in the photos. The room will be delivered furnished. Through the hall you have access to a bathroom and toilet and you share this with a number of other residents. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building that you can use for free. The shared spaces are cleaned weekly by an external person. The entire building is equipped with fire detectors and a central fire alarm system.
