TranslateFrom April 2025 we offer a studio for rent with its own entrance, private shower, private toilet and kitchen. We are still working on transforming the space into a cozy space with all amenities and will be ready by March 29 at the latest. The space is part of our own home and is located in Mierlo, near Eindhoven, but we close it completely, so that you have complete privacy and therefore do not enter our living space. A street away there are 2 buses passing by, towards Eindhoven and by car you are there in 15 minutes. A lovely quiet neighborhood and all amenities such as a supermarket within walking distance. If you want to come and take a look, we would like to hear from you. It's just not finished yet. The photos are of what the space currently looks like. Then you at least have an idea of the size. A short word about us: We are Roy and Beatriz (40 and 39 years old) and together we have a son of almost 15. The three of us have been living in this house for 10 years, but have a space left that is hardly used (currently a showroom for our company). Through an acquaintance we heard about the enormous shortage of rooms for students and that gave us the idea to transform it into a studio and rent it out. We are neat people and love a clean house and we expect that from the tenant. We like to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun as soon as it shines, regularly visit a festival and love eating out.
