The house is near the Van Hall Larenstein and a few minutes by bike from the center and station. Heating by means of central heating. (in the photo there is still a gas heater) The room has a sink and built-in wardrobe. Toilet, shower and kitchen are shared with two roommates: students. Washing machine is included in the price. The house is equipped with a linked smoke detector system, which greatly improves safety. Behind the house is a (closed) place where the bicycles can stand.
