Unfortunately, our roommate is leaving Huize Hobbema, which means that this beautiful room in the center of The Hague will be available from April 1st! It is a room of 20m2, the room has one balcony with three large windows on the street side. You live with five other residents, 3 boys and 2 girls. We have two toilets, one for the men and one for the women, we all share the shower. You share the kitchen with two other residents. We are a social house and like to eat together or have a drink every now and then. What do we offer: - Approximately 20m2- House price is about 480 euros including gas/water/electricity- There is a possibility to apply for rent allowance for about 80 to 90 euros per month. - A private sink in your room.- Washing machine and wifi for a small additional charge per month. - Bicycle storage. - Five nice roommates. What is expected: - A pleasant and neat female student studying in the Haaglanden region (it is a DUWO house, so this is a requirement!). How do you sign up for this?
