Currently 3 girls live there (21, 24, 26), will you complete our house again as a fourth roomie? Our cottage is located on the Enschedesestraat with a garden + veranda! UT and Saxion are 10/15 minutes away by bus (bus stop is across the street) Supermarket de lidl, can also be found across the street and the center is 5 min. We have a cozy living room, where we like to have a drink, but we can also stretch out on the couch and watch a movie/series. We are looking for someone who is already working or at the end of their studies. Someone who also likes to do spontaneous things and likes to do things together. However, it is also completely fine, if you want to do your own thing. There are no obligations, except for the cleaning schedule. We share the spacious bathroom including shower, bath, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is shared with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and an air fryerThe room is 10m2, with large windows. 1 tilt window and 1 case/tilt window. The room has a high ceiling and is delivered upholstered with curtains. The rent of the room is 325 euros per month including g/w/l.
