Huize Lux is looking for a new roommate (F, 19+)Heyhey! ? As of May 1 (possibly earlier) a room in our cozy house will become available for an indefinite period of time. In total we live with four girls and we are therefore looking for the fourth who wants to join us. First a little about us. We are Julia (22), Fardau (20) and Carlijn (24) and we have all been studying for a while. We are members of various sports clubs (Surface, Veracket, Bares and Tweeslag) where we are active to a greater or lesser extent. We can also regularly be found together at ACLO group lessons! We live on the Korreweg, within walking distance of the Beren (Jumbo, Kruidvat and Aldi), within a 5-minute walk you are in the Noorderplantsoen and at the city beach! In our house we share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer!) and garden and of course we all have our own spacious rooms! We are looking for someone who is at the end of her studies or is working, likes to eat together every now and then, have a drink or watch a movie with a cup of tea, but also has her own life in Groningen. In the summer we regularly find our lovely garden to enjoy the sun. We have no obligations besides the cleaning schedule. The room will be vacant on 1 May, and possibly a little earlier in consultation. The whole house has just been renovated so everything is brand new! The room is 21 m2 in size and the rent is +/- € 695 inclusive. There are already curtains that belong to the room, so that no longer needs to be arranged! Are you interested?
