Because I am going to live in Berlin for a year with my German girlfriend, I am temporarily renting out my studio for exactly 1 year (guaranteed). Start date can be discussed, but I am referring to the beginning of July. Pip is a sweet, affectionate cat who likes to have company. The studio is one open space, so you will notice that he is there, which is cozy but can also mean that he wants attention, comes to bed and sometimes catches a mouse, etc. There is a cat flap to the outside, so that makes a difference!
