Available from April 1: a neat room in a student house in Vinkhuizen, located near Zernike. The room has a total area of 20m2 and has a modern and neat finish. The room has a high ceiling and has large windows so there is a lot of light. The room is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. The living space has a rectangular shape and can therefore be easily divided into a bedroom/living and study area. Finally, there is a spacious, handy walk-in closet in the back of the room. Four other (partly international and partly Dutch) housemates of different sexes live in the house. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the communal sunny backyard of approx. 70m2. The house also has a shared washing machine. Inside the house there is a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The residents get along well, so there is always room to have a nice chat, but it is also possible to retreat to your room for a while to focus on your studies, for example. The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Escape Route Safe B.V.De living space is located in the Goudlaan and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center can also be reached within a few minutes by bike, the city center is about ten minutes away and the main station is 15 minutes by bike. The rental price of the accommodation is €595 including G/W/E, internet, Safe Escape Route and municipal taxes. The deposit of the living space is equal to one month's rent.
