The apartment is located above the central shopping street of Geldrop, with all necessary shops and several supermarkets around the corner. Geldrop station is a 7-minute walk and by train it takes about 5 minutes to get to Eindhoven station. If you are not lazy, you can also take the bike, then you will be at the TU/e in 25 minutes. The room that becomes available is about 10m2 and will cost 390 euros per month. This includes everything, namely: gas / water / electricity, internet, waste tax, etc. Of course, you not only get a room for this amount, but you can also use the rest of the apartment. The apartment also has a hall, spacious living room with a balcony at the rear, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
