Dear room seeker,We, the residents of this beautiful, mixed (3 boys, 4 girls) student house on the Sientje van Houtenlaan, are looking for a new roommate! So we live here with 7 nice residents, one of whom is going to leave us :( That is why a cozy attic room becomes available! We are a quiet house, where everyone is active in various sports and/or study associations. Although many of us have busy schedules, we try to eat together every night. Every now and then we play a game while enjoying a cup of tea. In addition to all the fun, we all like to do our own thing and we think our studies are important. We are therefore looking for a roommate who also fits in this alley. SVH is a modern house with dishwasher, washing machine and modern bathroom and kitchen. To keep the house clean, we have a cleaning schedule. The house also has a spacious garden, where people often chill and study in the summer. It is about 15 minutes by bike to the UT and 10 minutes to the Saxion. Furthermore, the supermarket can be reached within 5 minutes. Please leave a message if you like our house!
