Translate't Schijtpaleis: known since 1989 as the most fraternal student house in Enschede and the place where you can be a student both during the day and in the evening. Located at the beginning of the Deurningerstraat and a stone's throw from the old market and the station. The four men at 't Schijtpaleis can share everything with each other: the room doors, which are adjacent to the living room, are almost always open. We eat (and drink) together, do odd jobs and organize events indoors and outdoors and we encourage each other to excel in study and student life. We are all active within the association, in disputes, boards, sports clubs and committees. Former residents regularly come over for a coffee, beer or a nostalgic shot of ouzo. To maintain and strengthen these warm ties, various activities are organized such as a recent trip to Dublin.Our house is fully equipped: in addition to the brand new TV and the best hits (even on the toilet), also a sink in every room, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. Some more practical information: Your new room is unfurnished, delivered with lighting and if you want even fully furnished. All rooms are the same size, have large windows and have a high ceiling (3.5 meters!).
