TranslateDear room seeker,In our building on the Heezerweg in Eindhoven, the recently renovated attic room becomes available. The room is approximately 16m2 in size and is basically offered unfurnished, with the possibility to take over furniture (bed/closet/desk) from a previous occupant for free. The room is available immediately until 31-12-2025, but this rental period is somewhat flexible. The rent is €550 including g / w / l. The house is right next to the shopping center in stratum, so several shops (AH, lidl, kruidvat..) are less than a minute's walk from the house. You will live together with 3 men of 27 years old with whom you will share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Almost every evening during the week, people eat together, and they regularly do gymnastics together and watch series or sports in the evening. In the weekends, everyone usually makes their own plan, but the city is also sporadically visited together or a festival is held in the summer. All 3 of us work full-time so during the week we live fairly quietly. We are therefore looking for someone who is at least 22 years old and is also quite serious about work or study during the week.
