Terraced houses: € 1,250 per month

Den Oever is centrally located for various corners. For example, the Hoorn-Amsterdam region is easily accessible via the A7. You can easily drive to Leeuwarden via the Afsluitdijk and you can reach Den Helder within 15 minutes via the N99. Den Oever also has a large bus station with direct connections to, for example, secondary schools in Schagen, Wieringerwerf or Hoorn and also to, for example, the large data centers at Middenmeer.

Energy label A+++, underfloor heating on all layers, air-to-water heat pump and solar panels. The solar panels cover the energy consumption (under normal circumstances) of the heat pump for heating the home. Domestic use such as showering, washing, cooking, lighting, electrical appliances etcetera are at your own expense.

All houses have 3 bedrooms and an attic with staircase (where a 4th bedroom is possible).

The corner houses have an attached stone shed with up-and-over door. These storage rooms are not insulated. The outdoor unit of the heat pump is placed above the storage rooms in the corner houses. In the terraced houses, it is located in the detached wooden shed at the back of the garden.

The garden will be partly paved (walkway to front door, terrace against house and path to storage room). Fences are placed by the landlord. Further landscaping (green) is for the tenant.

The terraced houses have a back entrance via an alley.

Rental conditions:
- Income requirement of 4x the monthly rent (may also be joint income)
- Rental for an indefinite period according to ROZ model 2024 with a minimum duration of 18 months.
- 2 months rent as a deposit, prior to the start of the rental agreement.
- TV/internet, energy and water contract for the account of the tenant.
- Non-smoking. Pets in consultation (no dogs).
- Please note: homes fall above the rent allowance limit.

If you are interested, please contact us. You will then receive a registration form by e-mail and the request to provide some documents. We will then assess and screen the registration via Huurcheck Nederland. If the outcome is positive, a rental meeting will take place at our office and then the rental agreement will be made.

In the case of multiple interests in the same home, a combination of financial screening and/or family composition and/or social/economic ties with the region may be decisive for the allocation. In case of a tie, the registration date (date of return of the registration form) will be leading.

Viewing is unfortunately not possible, as the house is still under construction. Delivery will take place after the kitchen has been installed and the paving is finished. Expected completion is September/October 2025. Start of rent expected from October 2025.
