We are a new student house, right on the edge of the center of Den Bosch. If you are looking for a quiet student house with a nice location, this is the place for you. This house consists of 5 residents over 5 rooms. The house is a terraced house, with a view of the beautiful Bossche gracht at the front. Right next to the house is a beautiful park with a small lake in the middle. Our neighbor on the right is café 't Engeltje. This is a very small, picturesque café that is actually only open from Thursday to Sunday and closes at a maximum of 1 o'clock in the evening. We do not experience any nuisance from this café, on the contrary. It is run by very friendly people who are happy to receive you for a drink. Our neighbors on the left are a friendly elderly couple. In this house we value peace and hygiene. Among other things, the kitchen is brand new and clean, and of course we like to keep it that way. We also have a shared bathroom and a shared toilet. This house proudly has energy label A, because we actually do almost everything on electricity. The heating and cooling of the house is therefore regulated with beautiful air conditioning that works electrically. We also have a beautiful induction hob in our kitchen.
