Description
TranslateWe are looking for a nice new roommate (m/f/x) of 21+ years. The room is +- 18m2 with a built-in wardrobe, unfurnished and is available from April 6th. The price is 420 euros per month + 40 euros for internet, electricity, etc. We are a close-knit house of 6 with workers, students and a birdwatcher. In our living room we eat together, watch movies, listen to CDs, dance, read and puzzle fanatically. We eat together almost every day. There is also enough space in the house to do your own thing! We have a super spacious balcony including herb garden and hammock. In the summer you can barbecue here, whether or not together with the neighbors. In the evening we can enjoy a wonderful evening sun and a view of the Rotterdam polders. Nature is just around the corner, the tram to Scheveningen stops in front of the door and you are at the supermarket and snack bar in no time. We also have a bicycle shed with two(!) tandems, a golden bath and many houseplants.
