Hello! I am urgently looking for a roommate, preferably a friendly girl, preferably a TU Delft student girl, who needs a place to stay for a longer period of time (at least 2 years). For example, a bachelor's student who has almost finished the first year would be very suitable! Your room: -Size: 12m² (plus your own balcony!) -Furniture included: Floor-to-ceiling closet, bed, desk and office chair. About the flat: -Location: We are right next to a tram/bus stop and a shopping mall, but on the 13th floor with a great view! - The flat is mostly furnished. This includes the following: Living room: 3 sofas, dining table, coffee table (with WiFi router), rug, bookshelf and cupboard with cleaning supplies. -Toilet: Separate from the bathroom, with its own sink -Bathroom: Shower cubicle, its own washing machine and dryer, sink and storage -Kitchen: Gas stove, grill (works as an oven/toaster), lots of plates/mugs and plenty of storage.
