We are a house of six and as of April 7 a room will become available in Malvinas House! It is located in a neighborhood with many other students, a 30-second walk from a Jumbo, the ice cream parlor, Buitenhof shopping center and a 10-minute bike ride to the TU/Center. We are a mixed house of 2 guests, 3 chicks and maybe you! A pre-master BK, a student teamer, a twaars Mining, a twaars IDE, and a master's BK. We are also affiliated with various sports/student associations (Proteus, Ariston) and we like to do all kinds of things with the house. Together we share one shower, two toilets, laundry room. We also have a large kitchen with dishwasher and a GR with chill sofa, beanbag and TV with Wii. When the weather is nice, we can BBQ outside and chill in our garden with flowers. We also have a storage room and two balconies! We like to do things together often, such as playing tennis/padel together, sports, beach days, drinking, watching bad TV programs or going on a home weekend. We also have a cozy Christmas dinner every year and we are not averse to a game. We often chill together in the GR, often eat together and regularly have house evenings. The room that becomes available is about 8.5 mˆ2, and the rent is €370 (incl. gwl internet etc.). This room will become available on April 7. Do you like this house as much as we do?
