TranslateHey room finder! From May 1, a room will become available in our beautiful house on the E. du Perronlaan. The room is 20m2, the rent is about 380 euros incl. g/w/l (and rent allowance). The bathroom, toilets and living room are shared. The TU and the center are 7 minutes away, and you can be in the AH XL under the building in no time. We now live with 4 men and 4 women from different studies and associations. One of the men will leave us, but we have no gender preference for the new roommate. We are a close-knit house and like to chill in our GR, eat together almost always, regularly watch very good and very bad movies, and when the weather is nice we often sit at our sky bar. With the house we organize a big house party, a Christmas dinner, a DIY weekend and several date dinners every year. In addition, we like to go out and go to festivals together, go to various house parties or go away for a weekend. Do you feel like exercising together or making plans for the next house night or dinner? Or do you want to watch Formula 1 fanatically? Are you that new active housemate who likes spontaneous plans?
