TranslateDear room seeker! From 6 April to 24 May, a furnished room will become available in the Leaning House for subletting. The room is 12m^2 with spacious built-in wardrobe for about €550 including per month. Nor is there a basic grant for people living away from home. We, Kevin, Hannah, Lisa, Wouter and Mick are all working on our master's and that is why we are looking for a student to complete our house. Being sporty, having a drink in the garden or the city, drinking coffee as a study-evasive behavior or taking care of the extensive plant collection happens weekly. That makes us hungry, so we often cook and eat well together. We also like to drink a beer or a tea together, to recover from the hard master life. Now something about the house. Located on the beautiful Delfgauwseweg with the Ikea and Coop within crawling distance and the center and the TU within walking distance is our somewhat crooked house. It has a spacious living room, luxurious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher. The house also has a beautiful greenhouse in the garden to dream away in, to transform into a real home cinema, to take care of plants or to realize technical building projects.
