TranslateHii, We are looking for a subtenant with our house for the period from about mid-April (a little earlier) to mid-August. We are an active mixed house in Delft, with people from all kinds of different educations. Our ages range from 18 - 24 years old. Besides that we have a house night every Monday, where we clean, cook and chill together. We do a lot of things together at home, but also outside the house. We have a very large living room, with a beamer to watch the best movies. A spacious kitchen with homemade bar to play games or cook together. And with the increasingly warmer days, we can always chill out on our roof terrace in the sun! The costs of the room are therefore 377 euros per month and on top of that there are the costs for g/w/l + some house costs. This will be about 75 euros extra, to give you an idea.
