TranslateOur house is located in the middle of a residential area with cozy neighbors that you can always call on if necessary. It is a 5-minute bike ride to the St. Lucas and about 10 minutes to the station. About 3 minutes by bike there is a small shopping center with a Jumbo and a cafeteria if you don't feel like cooking :)I would like to tell you what our house looks like, but of course it is always better to come and take a look yourself, possibly with your parents, so that you get a good impression of our house. All rooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and the kitchen are furnished, upholstered and furnished. The rental price also includes all costs of gas, water, electricity, digital TV and internet. The rooms are equipped with laminate, book and wardrobe and slats or curtains. The shared shower is a walk-in shower with glass walls and even towels are provided.
