Location: Assen inner city/ center (greater groningen Area) Travelltime to Groningen city is: 5 min walking to the intercity trainstation of Assen, from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningenmain station ( 20 min) and 5-15 min by bike to go to the University.Its also possible to rent a parking, or park for freesomewhere else. The room (15 m2) is located in a street with shops /restaurants, a park is behind the building and the fresh market is 1min walking, this is 2x per week. Across the street there is asupermarket and a few more supermarkets are a few min by bike. Actionand an Italian ice cream shop is also a few min. In and around Assenthere are nice forests and lakes, by train its 20 min closer toAmsterdam/Utrecht and Assen also has a nice subtropical pool withsaunas and slides called "De Bonte wever" that is very affordable.The price is all-in. So including utilities / water /gas / electric/ internet, it is possible to subscribe to the adress.The room is empty, available right away, but you can buy or rent the bed.It is possible to come in person or do a video call where i will also show the street ( that youcan compare with google street view ) a contract can be signed duringa video call with ID that will match the dutch bank account. Renting aparking: It is still possible to rent a private parking behind thebuilding, it also has camera security, it is a large parking.The house: The room is inside a student house and had 3 other people living, all female students ( around 20 ) they study in Groningen. The house has a shared kitchen, withkitchen table and nice balcony facing south. The bathroom is renewed andhas a rain shower and new toilet. The house has good locks and on theoutside there is also a security camera and a closed place to put a bikeif you want. A cleaning scheduled is made for the house to keepthings clean. It is possible to take a look in person or do a video call ( where the room / street will be shown),payments are to a dutch bank account.
