You will then live with me and 1 other girl (23 years old). We both study in Nijmegen and really enjoy doing things together. We are looking for someone who is cozy and who finds a clean house important. The room costs a total of 575 euros including gas/water/electricity, WiFi, closed bicycle shed, 2 elevators, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher!! The room itself is about 20m2 and has 2 deep built-in closets, a walk-in closet, and the kitchen and bathroom you share with the other 2 roommates. Also, the room is unfurnished. The deposit is 1 month's rent and we are looking for someone who wants to live there for at least 1 year.
