The apartment has recently been renovated and is located in a beautiful, quiet part of Amsterdam, 10 minutes by bike from the center. The neighborhood is very pleasant and both the park and supermarkets etc. are within walking distance. The house can of course be viewed. The house has:- a luxury kitchen with induction hob with built-in extraction system, a convection oven and a spacious fridge-freezer.- a neat bathroom with rain shower.- a spacious bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe.- a cozy living room with lots of light and a bay window with built-in bench. G/W/E is not included in the rental price. The exact cost for gas/electricity depends on the energy consumption. In the spring/summer, the consumption costs are on average about EUR 60 per month (one person). Water costs EUR 15 p/m. The house has an internet connection.
