TranslateLooking for a roommate for my apartment on Java Island, for the period from May to July (dates and duration in consultation). It is a spacious room of 16 m², with a view of the IJ. The apartment itself is 90 m², has a separate shower and toilet, balcony and storage room. It is only 10 minutes from Central Station by public transport or bicycle, but located in a quiet neighborhood! You share the house with me: I'm in my late 30s, work hybrid as a data analyst and love nature, outdoor sports, dancing and plants. I have been living in Amsterdam for 2 years, but also spend a lot of time in Portugal, where my boyfriend lives. I am looking for a person who, like me, can appreciate a quiet and tidy home, perhaps be open to a cup of tea together, but also respects each other's need for personal space. The rent and fixed costs are shared and amount to 1060 p/m, including gas/water/energy/municipal tax and internet. I can equip the room with a (single) bed, desk, closet, etc., or empty it if you want to bring your own stuff. Interested in this property?
