Tram 17 is also very close and will bring you to the city center within 15 minutes. Rent is 936 excl. (utilities and internet +/- 80). The apartment itself is very big with a large living room and kitchen area. The room is equipped with a very large closet to put all your stuff which is really nice.Are you a student (with guarantor) and are you interested?
