However, the center of Amsterdam can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes by tram. Bus and tram stop are across the street from the building (Bus 195, 356, 369 and Tram 2 towards central station). Motorway A10/A4/A9 nearby. Good accessibility and parking! I am looking for a responsible tenant who likes to share a clean and tidy home. Preferably someone who doesn't smoke and doesn't consume pork. You will share the house with me, a 30 year old from Amsterdam who works part-time. I think it's important not to live next to each other as strangers, and to have a chat every now and then, but of course also to appreciate your own time and space!
