TranslateLooking for a new roommate (m)Our beautiful house is located on Siriusstraat, in the north of Groningen, in the Paddepoel district. The location is ideal and is only a five-minute bike ride from the Zernike Campus and within walking distance of Paddepoel Shopping Center. You will live together with 4 students (4m 22-23) who are a bit further along in their studies. Furthermore, we don't have a fixed house evening, but we are always in for a nice beer or dinner together! The space consists of two separate rooms on the first floor and are each 6 m2 (street side) and 7 m2 (garden side). The rent is € 491 inclusive. Together we share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Our house is fully equipped: we have a GK, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to the weekly cleaning schedule, there are no obligations. However, we have recently been told that the rent is being recalculated, so it could go up slightly. We will let you know as soon as possible.
