(See our other ad for the room as of May 1st.)Our house is in a nice location, a five-minute walk from the Noorderplantsoen and near the Jumbo on De Beren.We now live here with the four of us (2 girls, 2 boys) and would like to maintain this division. Everyone has their own life; We don't have mandatory house evenings, but a nice chat in the kitchen is always welcome! We are looking for a female and a male roommate, both at least 20 years old, who are already a bit further along in their studies or are already working. ? The room that will become available on April 30 is 14 m² and costs approximately €560 p/m (incl. GWL, internet and taxes). The deposit is one month's rent. Are you interested?
