**THE PROPERTY**

Invitations are sent in order of receipt of the emails. For the viewing round, the rule applies: *first come, first served*.

After the viewing, income and reliability are screened using various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening successfully and achieve a 5-star rating – the highest possible score – in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent out the property lies with the owner. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant’s personal situation. Tenants may provide additional context about their situation during the screening process.

Applicants who are not selected after the screening have the right to request further explanation and may review their screening report.
