Zorggroep Ter Weel aims to allow residents to live independently for as long as possible with the support and care they need.
Care workers are ready to help you maintain independence.
We do not take over all the tasks from the residents and caregivers, but look at what someone can still do themselves or what his or her environment can mean.
We will maintain this for as long as possible. We encourage the family and loved ones to actively work with us and make agreements about what we expect from each other and what each can contribute.
Emergency call
The apartment is equipped with an emergency call system for which you can take out a subscription with Ter Weel.
Care workers are present in the apartment complex 24/7 to answer your emergency call.
Types of care
If or as soon as you need care, you are dependent on the Ter Weel care team.
There are a number of options for receiving care and support.
Zorggroep Ter Weel can offer this with the following indications:
-WMO (Social Support Act):
The municipality of Goes offers support so that people can continue to live independently at home
for as long as possible. You can contact the municipality yourself for information about the support services.
Ter Weel can support you in this to see which aids are needed and which aids Ter Weel can offer you.
- ZVW (Health Insurance Act):
Care and nursing are covered by the basic health insurance of the health insurance.
The district nurse of Zorggroep Ter Weel will work with you to see what is needed and set an indication.
- Wlz (Long-Term Care Act):
The Wlz is intended for people who are permanently dependent on 24/7 care in the vicinity or permanent supervision.
A Wlz indication is issued by the CIZ (Center for Healthcare Indication).
Residents of the rental and owner-occupied apartments with a Wlz indication purchase the Full Home Package (VPT) from Zorggroep Ter Weel.
For services that Zorggroep Ter Weel cannot offer, another agency is called in to provide the necessary care.
We work closely with various partners to ensure that you always get the right support.
Location apartments
The care apartments of Zorggroep Ter Weel are located in the center of Goes on the Kievitlaan, at the rear of the owner-occupied apartments.
All city and daily amenities such as bakery, butcher, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, grocery, etc. are within walking distance.
You can also walk to the Grote Markt, to city park De Veste or the Marina.
General Facilities Residence t Gasthuis
The Residence has a brasserie with kitchen on the ground floor. And there is also a meeting and birthday room.
Two types of care apartments
There are two types of care apartments, type S1 of approx. 61 m2 and type T1 of approx. 65 m2
Features of this type of T1 apartments are:
- located on the first to the sixth floor
- suitable for a maximum of two people
- there is no private parking for your car, parking is available on the Gasthuis' own property.
- General bicycle storage and parking space mobility scooters
- Guests can park 50 meters away
