Hello future inmate! At the moment a roommate is leaving us and we are looking for a roommate who can delight us with even more fun! We are a close-knit group of roommates of four men and four women, one of whom is going to leave us soon. We eat together almost every evening, unplanned cozy evenings are no exception and once a year we all go on a house weekend together (and a lot of extra people such as former roommates and supporters). We also do a Christmas dinner, but it can also very well happen that this becomes a spring/autumn/oh yesthatmustalso dinner. In addition, we have a pleasant house evening every month. In short, plenty of fun activities that create a nice atmosphere in the house and we are also open to fun new initiatives! That is only encouraged by everyone in the house. Just a stone's throw from the house you will find everything you need. We live within walking distance of the UT, the Albert Heijn, the Wibra, a bus shelter, the Lidl and a liquor store. The city is 10 minutes by bike if you continue cycling and if your bike is not so good 15 minutes. The station (Enschede Kennispark) is also very close, you can hear it well when FC Twente scores. The available room is 16m^2 in size, on the first floor and has a sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house has two communal showers, so you can talk or sing in the shower in the morning (if you can do that well). We also have two toilets, a washing machine and a dry roomThe room is available from May 2025. The basic rent of the room is €385 per month including gas/water/electricity.
