TranslateDutch onlyHi, future roommate! A room has become available in our cozy house on the Brasserskade, so we are looking for a senior/master student who will make our house complete again! We live with 2 boys and 3 girls, one of whom is going out. There are two IDE students, an Electro student and a TN student, members of Laga, Proteus, Ariston, Scoop and Dodeka and active in study associations. The room that becomes available is 16 m2 for €435 per month including gas, water, electricity and wifi, and is available immediately. Our house is located in Delft North, 2 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the TU campus, with a GR with silent disco, lazer and smoke machine, kitchen (with dishwasher + airfryer!), dryer and balcony with BBQ, where we like to have a drink with the nice weather. We are a close-knit house and there is always someone eating at home. We have house night every week and we like to go for a drink in the pub, a day out or do other home activities such as Christmas dinner or house weekend. We will do the first round 1 on 1 via zoom on April 9. After this we will make a selection and who knows, we might see you at the approval on April 10! Interested in this property?
