On the West Peterstraat in the Arnhem district of Klarendal, we offer six fully furnished apartments for temporary rental.
The apartments are located in a modern new-build complex from 2023 and are in excellent condition.
These apartments are available for short stay (3 to 6 months, without extension option) or for temporary rent (maximum 24 months). The latter option is only possible for students, people who are renovating or getting divorced.
Layout and facilities
The apartments are identical in design and have a usable area of approximately 60 to 65 m². The layout consists of:
• Living room with access to a private outdoor area
• Separate bedroom
• Office
• Open kitchen with built-in appliances: dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, refrigerator and washing machine
• Bathroom with modern sanitary ware
• Private storage room in the basement, equipped with electricity and lighting
