We are all members of The Hague Student Rowing Club Pelargos and to live here we also ask you to become a member. The room that becomes available is located on the Helmersstraat, where you share the bathroom and kitchen with three lovely ladies. In addition, you also get two gentlemen and two ladies and two gentlemen as neighbors and roommates! Helmers has a spacious backyard with bbq and trampoline, a rave cave and a GR where you can have a drink with at least 12 people. Our house is also within crawling distance of the Appie, Etos and Gall. The room is about 18m2 and will be available from the end of April (earlier in consultation). The rent is €408 p/m.
